Certified Personal and Executive Coach (CPEC) Training Program

The Certified Personal and Executive Coach (CPEC) Program is a comprehensive program for personal and executive coaches. This accredited program complies with the educational requirements for an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification. Successful completion of this program leads to your certification as a Certified Personal and Executive Coach.

6-month cohorts begin in January and July

The CaPP Institute’s CPEC Program will equip you with the tools and knowledge to effectively run a coaching practice-whether in an organization or as a business owner. You will learn to coach powerfully and effectively in a supportive, engaging learning environment. This 6-month program is delivered via live virtual classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for one hour each. We offer a flexible class time of 12 pm ET or 7 pm ET for each class. Your successful completion of CTI and CPEC provides 69 hours of coach training education and 10 Mentor Coaching Hours.

CPEC Includes The Following

Your Investment in CPEC

CPEC Only Pay-in-Full

This package is for those interested in the Certified Personal and Executive Coach Program and who have completed the Coach Training Intensive. This one-time payment of $4,995 secures your seat in the upcoming 6-month online program that beings in January.

CPEC Only Payment Plan

This option is for the Certified Personal and Executive Program only. Pay the $975 deposit today and take advantage of our convenient six-month payment option. Six equal payments of $670 will be charged once the course begins in January.

Certification sets you apart from the crowd and distinguishes you as a highly trained, skillful coach. With your completion of CTI and CPEC, you will demonstrate that you have mastered rigorous competencies set in place by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to be able to apply for the first level of the ICF credential, the ACC level. Getting a credential with the ICF is not mandatory to become a coach; however, an ICF Credential shows your clients and peers that you are committed to the coaching industry and to developing yourself as a coaching professional.

Holding any credential – especially an ICF Credential – is extremely important to today’s coaching clients. The 2022 Global Consumer Awareness Study found that 85% of coaching clients say it’s important or very important that their coach holds a certification or credential.

Earning an ICF Credential provides instant credibility and increased visibility to prospective clients.
Choosing a program with ICF accreditation equips you with vital knowledge, skills, and tools proven to benefit your clients. You’ll also be better prepared to overcome obstacles, deal with workplace challenges, and help your clients achieve realistic and measurable results.

*Please note that all courses are delivered in English for this program.
